Sukumi is a wedding planning service operated by Pixel Studio AI. This page explains what we store and why, in plain language.
What we store
- Your account — name, email, and profile photo from your sign-in provider.
- Your wedding — everything you and your co-planners enter: dates, budgets, tasks, vendor conversations, guest lists, RSVPs, and uploaded photos/videos.
- Guest data — names, contact details, menu choices, and dietary notes that you add or your guests submit. Guests don't create accounts; their personal link is their access.
How we use it
- To run the product: plans, reminders, vendor emails you approve, RSVP handling, and galleries.
- Wedding details you provide are processed by AI models to generate your plan and draft messages. They are not used to train models.
- We never sell personal data. Vendors only receive what's in the outreach emails you approve.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Google Firebase (authentication, database) and Cloudflare (hosting, file storage, email delivery). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Your choices
- You can edit or remove wedding data at any time from the app.
- Cancelling a subscription never deletes your data — you keep read access.
- For account deletion or data export, email hello@sukumi.com.
- Vendors can opt out of outreach permanently by replying STOP.
